You can pay your annual dues and any accessed fees through your Portal for with an ACH transfer, debit or credit card. For Cash or check payments sent or delivered to our office we charge a $35 processing fee.

The 2024 assessment will be $144. This assessment will be billed on your portal January 1, 2024. It is due on or before March 1, 2024. Late interest will be charged after that date.
